Our abayas are available in three standard sizes:
Small (S): Abaya Length: 56.5 inches, Bust: 20 inches, Sleeve Length: 23.5 inches, Shoulders: 14 cm.
Medium (M): Abaya Length: 57 inches, Bust: 21 inches, Sleeve Length: 24 inches, Shoulders: 15 cm.
Large (L): Abaya Length: 58 inches, Bust: 22 inches, Sleeve Length: 24.5 inches, Shoulders: 16 cm.
Height is a mandatory field when placing an order. Shoulder, sleeve length, and bust measurements are optional but can be provided for a more tailored fit.

Placing an order is easy:

Choose your size (Small, Medium, or Large) and provide your height (mandatory). You may also provide optional measurements (shoulder, sleeve length, bust) for a better fit.

Ready-to-Wear Abayas: Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Made-to-Order Abayas: Due to the custom nature of these pieces, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Within 48 Hours of Placing Order: If your cancellation request is approved by management, you will receive a 100% refund.
Within 7 Days of Placing Order: If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a 50% refund.
After 7 Days: Cancellations are non-refundable.
To ensure your abaya stays in perfect condition:
Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle with cold water.
Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
Hang to dry or iron on low heat if needed.

Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. We will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
If your ready-to-wear abaya doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. For custom orders, we recommend providing accurate measurements to avoid sizing issues.
