1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Ready-to-Wear Abayas: Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Made-to-Order Abayas: Due to the custom nature of these pieces, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Within 48 Hours of Placing Order: If your cancellation request is approved by management, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • Within 7 Days of Placing Order: If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • After 7 Days: Cancellations are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation:

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed reason for the request.

  3. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Made-to-order abayas.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
